Dual diagnosis rehabs are facilities which provide rehabilitation to handle both mental health and addiction issues simultaneously. Dual diagnosis clients also benefit from behavioral rehabilitation which will help them develop more effective coping mechanisms so they are able to better deal with life circumstances well if they leave dual diagnosis rehab rather than turning to drugs and alcohol as an inferior option.
