Criminal justice client rehabs can be considered being a significantly better option than jail time or heavy fines for those who have already been convicted of any type of drug or alcohol related crime. As an example, somebody who has been found guilty of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs may qualify for treatment services for problem rather than serving time in prison.
