Offering gender-specific rehab services has proven very helpful in circumstances where standard rehab facilities have fallen short, including dealing with situations inside a women's life that are unique and traumatic. Such issues may have to do with sexual abuse, physical abuse, mental abuse, eating disorders, one's family members and being a mother, and other significant issues which can be specific to women.
