This situation is an extremely frequent trigger for substance abuse, and is also a good example of an issue that will be resolved in rehab. LGBT clients often just want to be accepted in their lives, and treatment will help them accept themselves and produce confidence in order to lead a healthy life clear of alcohol and drugs.
