Criminal justice client rehabs can be considered as being a significantly better option than time in jail or heavy fines for individuals who have been convicted of any sort of alcohol or drug related crime. As an example, someone who has been in prison for dui of alcohol or drugs may qualify to obtain rehab services for his or her problem as an alternative to serving time in prison. The judge might order the individual receive rehab, either alone or together with other sentencing.
