Medicare is a form of health insurance developed by the federal government for seniors, and also people with certain disabilities and illnesses. If someone who has Medicare needs rehabilitation for instances of drug or alcohol abuse, their rehabilitation will be either covered in full by their Medicare insurance or to a great degree.
