Medicare is a sort of medical health insurance designed by the government for senior citizens, along with people with specific disabilities and sicknesses. If an individual who has Medicare needs rehabilitation for instances of drug or alcohol abuse, their treatment will either be covered completely by their Medicare insurance or to a significant extent. The only exception is, the individual will need to acquire treatment coming from a drug rehab facility which accepts Medicare. Before the person will be allowed to begin rehabilitation, they will also have to see their medical doctor who must declare that treatment services are medically needed, and the physician will generally approve what sort of treatment the individual will do. Medicare Part An and Part B cover different types of rehab solutions. Medicare Part A pays for an inpatient stay in a Medicare accepted program when the individual has to be in a hospital for problem, and the costs which they willwill have to pay for personally are the same as every other stay in a hospital. Medicare Part B will partly cover outpatient rehab in the Medicare accepted facility, and the individual will have to cover whatever Part B doesn't cover with supplement insurance coverage or they'll have to self pay.
