Medicaid is a form of health insurance available for those who are in certain income brackets which qualifies them to receive this government funded insurance coverage. Whether a person is qualified for Medicaid doesn't only depend on their earnings however, and individuals shouldn't presume they don't qualify just because they make a reasonable income.
