Medicare is a type of health care insurance created by the federal government for senior citizens, and also people who have certain disabilities and sicknesses. If someone who has Medicare needs treatment for instances of drug or alcohol abuse, their treatment will be either covered fully by their Medicare insurance or to a great extent. The one catch is, the individual must obtain treatment coming from a drug rehab facility which accepts Medicare. Before the individual will be permitted to start rehab, they may also have to see their physician who must declare that rehab services are medically needed, and the doctor will generally approve what type of rehab the individual will take part in. Medicare Part An and Part B cover several types of treatment solutions. Part A covers an inpatient stay in a Medicare accepted center if the individual has to be in a hospital for issue, and the costs which they willwill have to cover personally are identical to every other stay in a hospital. Medicare Part B will partially cover outpatient treatment inside a Medicare accepted center, and the individual will have to cover whatever Part B doesn't cover with supplemental insurance coverage or they will have to self pay.
