Criminal justice client rehabs can be considered as being a significantly better option than jail time or significant fines for many who have already been convicted of any type of drug or alcohol related crime. For example, a person who has been found guilty of driving while impaired of drugs or alcohol may be eligible to obtain treatment services because of their problem instead of serving time in prison.
