Medicaid is a form of medical health insurance available for many people who are in specific income brackets which qualifies them to obtain this government funded insurance coverage. Whether or not an individual qualifies for Medicaid doesn't only depend upon income however, and people shouldn't presume they don't qualify because they earn an acceptable income. If they do not have Medicaid plus don't have the funds or any other kind of health care insurance to cover rehabilitation, they could check if they are eligible for a Medicaid and then sign up for a drug treatment program which is approved inside their state.
