Medicaid is a form of health care insurance available for many people who are in specific income brackets which qualifies them to receive this government provided insurance coverage. If they do not have Medicaid plus don't have the funds or another type of health care insurance to pay for rehabilitation, they can determine if they qualify for Medicaid and then sign up for a drug and alcohol rehab program that is approved within their state.
