Being diagnosed with HIV/AIDS may set off drug or alcohol use, or risky sexual conduct as a result of substance abuse could have caused to contract the disease. People who have HIV/AIDS, either because of their substance abuse or as a pre-existing condition just before their drug abuse issue, often require rehabilitation services tailor-made to meet their specific needs and challenges.
