Medicaid is a type of medical insurance available for many people who are in certain income brackets which qualifies them to obtain this government funded insurance. Whether somebody is qualified for Medicaid doesn't only determined by income however, and individuals shouldn't presume they don't qualify just because they earn a fair income. If they don't have Medicaid and in addition don't have the funds or some other type of health care insurance to cover rehab, they could determine if they qualify for Medicaid and then sign up for a drug rehab facility that is approved in their state.
