Medicare is a kind of medical insurance designed by the federal government for senior citizens, along with people with specific disabilities and sicknesses. If a person that has Medicare needs treatment for instances of drug or alcohol abuse, their rehab will either be covered entirely by their Medicare insurance or to a significant extent. The only exception is, the individual must obtain treatment from a drug rehab facility which accepts Medicare. Medicare Part An and Part B cover a variety of rehabilitation services. Medicare Part A covers an inpatient stay in a Medicare accepted facility in the event that the individual needs to be hospitalized for his or her issue, and the costs that they will have to cover personally are the same as every other hospital stay. Medicare Part B will partly cover outpatient rehab within a Medicare accepted center, and the individual will have to cover whatever Medicare Part B doesn't cover with supplement insurance coverage or they've got to self pay.
