Medicaid is a form of medical insurance available for individuals who are in specific income brackets which qualifies them to obtain this government provided insurance coverage. Whether or not someone is qualified for Medicaid doesn't only determined by their earnings however, and people shouldn't assume they don't qualify because they make a good income. If they do not have Medicaid and also don't have the cash or some other kind of health insurance to pay for rehab, they can find out if they are eligible for a Medicaid and then sign up for an alcohol and drug treatment center that's approved within their state.
