Medicaid is a form of medical health insurance available for individuals who are in certain income brackets which qualifies them to receive this government provided insurance coverage. Whether or not an individual qualifies for Medicaid doesn't only depend upon their earnings however, and people shouldn't presume they don't qualify simply because they make a good income.
