Medicaid is a form of medical insurance available for those who are in specific income brackets which qualifies them to receive this government provided insurance coverage. Whether or not somebody qualifies for Medicaid doesn't only depend upon their earnings however, and people shouldn't presume they don't qualify just because they earn a reasonable income. If they don't have Medicaid and in addition don't have the funds or another form of health care insurance to pay for rehab, they could determine if they are eligible for a Medicaid and then enroll in a drug and alcohol treatment center that is approved in their state.
