TRICARE is medical insurance that is offered to people in the military of the United States. Substance abuse inside the military is much more common than one would assume, and the necessity to offer treatment to these individuals is a vital priority. TRICARE covers numerous rehabilitation services to address alcohol and drug dependence such as detox services, and also treatment in outpatient, partial hospitalization and inpatient programs.
