Offering gender-specific rehab services has shown to be worthwhile in situations where traditional rehab facilities have not meet expectations, for example dealing with situations inside a women's life that are unique and traumatic. Such concerns may pertain to sexual abuse, physical trauma, psychological abuse, eating disorders, one's family members and being a mother, or another really serious issues which can be particular to women.
