Medicaid is a medical health insurance available for individuals who are in specific income brackets which qualifies them to obtain this government provided insurance. If somebody is involved with drug abuse and needs help, they could use their Medicaid health coverage to get this help. If they don't have Medicaid and also don't have enough cash or another form of health insurance to cover rehabilitation, they can check if they qualify for Medicaid and then sign up for a drug rehabilitation program which is approved in their state.
