Medicare is a kind of health insurance created by the government for seniors, along with people who have specific disabilities and illnesses. When someone who has Medicare needs treatment for instances of drug or alcohol abuse, their treatment will either be covered fully by their Medicare health insurance or to a significant extent. The one catch is, the individual must acquire treatment from a drug rehab facility which accepts Medicare. Medicare Part An and Part B cover a variety of treatment providers. Medicare Part A pays for an inpatient stay in a Medicare accepted center if the individual must be in a hospital because of their issue, along with the costs that they will have to pay for personally are the same as any other stay in a hospital. Part B will partially cover outpatient treatment in the Medicare accepted facility, and the individual will have to cover whatever Part B doesn't cover with supplement insurance or they will have to self pay.
