Medicaid is a health care insurance available for those who are in specific income brackets which qualifies them to obtain this government funded insurance coverage. Whether somebody is qualified for Medicaid doesn't only depend upon income however, and individuals shouldn't presume they don't qualify simply because they make a reasonable income.
