Dual diagnosis rehabs are facilities which deliver rehabilitation to address both addiction and mental health issues simultaneously. Dual diagnosis clients also benefit from behavioral treatment that helps them develop more efficient coping mechanisms so they are able to better handle life situations better if they leave dual diagnosis rehab as opposed to returning to drugs as an inferior option.
