Criminal justice client rehabs can be considered as being a far better option than incarceration or significant fines for those who have already been convicted of any type of alcohol or drug related crime. For example, anyone who has been found guilty of driving while impaired of drugs or alcohol may qualify to receive rehabilitation services for problem instead of serving time in prison. The judge might even order the individual receive treatment, either alone or as well as other consequences.
