Medicaid is a health care insurance available for those who are in specific income brackets which qualifies them to receive this government funded insurance coverage. If they do not have Medicaid and also don't have the cash or some other form of health care insurance to pay for rehab, they can find out if they are eligible for a Medicaid and then enroll in a drug and alcohol rehab program that's approved inside their state.
