Criminal justice client rehabs can be considered being a far better option than incarceration or heavy fines for those who have been convicted of any type of alcohol or drug related crime. As an example, somebody who has been in prison for driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol may qualify to obtain treatment services for their problem instead of serving time in jail. The judge could even order that the individual receive rehab, either alone or as well as other consequences.
