Medicare is a sort of medical health insurance created by the U.S. government for seniors, along with people with certain disabilities and diseases. If someone who has Medicare needs rehab for cases of drug or alcohol abuse, their rehab will either be covered entirely by their Medicare health insurance or to a great extent. The one exception is, the individual will need to receive treatment from the alcohol and drugs rehab facility which accepts Medicare. Before the individual will be permitted to commence treatment, they will also have to see their medical doctor who must state that rehabilitation services are medically needed, and the physician will usually approve what type of rehabilitation the person will do. Medicare Part An and Part B cover different types of treatment solutions. Medicare Part A pays for an inpatient stay in a Medicare accepted program in the event that the individual should be hospitalized for their issue, and the costs which they willwill have to pay for personally are identical to every other stay in a hospital. Part B will partly cover outpatient treatment in a Medicare accepted center, and the individual will need to cover whatever Medicare Part B doesn't pay for with supplemental insurance coverage or they will have to self pay.
