Medicaid is a form of health insurance available for individuals who are in certain income brackets which qualifies them to receive this government funded insurance. Whether or not a person qualifies for Medicaid doesn't only depend upon their earnings however, and people shouldn't assume they don't qualify because they make a fair income. If they do not have Medicaid plus don't have enough cash or any other form of health care insurance to cover treatment, they can determine if they qualify for Medicaid and then sign up for a drug rehab program which is approved in their state.
