Medicare is a form of medical insurance developed by the government for seniors, as well as individuals with specific disabilities and diseases. Medicare Part B will partially cover outpatient rehabilitation in a Medicare accepted program, and the individual will have to cover whatever Medicare Part B doesn't cover with supplement insurance or they've got to self pay.
