Medicaid is a health insurance available for many people who are in certain income brackets which qualifies them to receive this government funded insurance coverage. If they do not have Medicaid and in addition don't have enough cash or another form of medical insurance to pay for treatment, they can check if they qualify for Medicaid and then sign up for an alcohol and drug rehabilitation program which is approved in their state.
